An effective testing system that covers from supervision of raw materials to homologation of the finished product, guarantees the compliance of the product with the design, using state-of-the-art control devises.
A two-phase system organized and structured with a carefully trained team, with monitoring systems along the entire production chain, with constantly monitored improvement activities, that guarantee to the customer an accurate, sustainable, high-quality and ethical product.
The metrological laboratory is equipped with the following:
- GOM Three-dimensional optical scanning machine with professional 3D Atos software.
- OGP Smartscope optical and contact control machine
- Surface Roughness testers, spectrophotometer, glossmeter and bench-top instruments.
This equipment enables Progind to have repeatability and precision in dimensional measurements with respect to the product homologation as well as during the manufacturing process.
In the Automotive sector, Progind carries out the various tests specified in the customer´s requirements and provides the complete PPAP documentation for product´s final approval. In the case of specific test requests, Progind makes use of certified external laboratories.
