The organization of Progind enables to import customer´s orders directly into the management system that runs the production planning and progress, thus monitoring production times and resources used and keeping under control, in real time, shipments and delays with respect to the customer.
Last generation injections machines and robots allow additional controls on the moulding parameters as well as the alarms on the control systems connected to the injection machines: such investments are designed on a Smart Factory approach enabling corporate processes to be more flexible and obtaining a real time monitoring of ongoing activities.
