Co-design and moulding simulation, before designing the mould, are essential in order to make the production phase more efficient.
Considerable investments in technology and human resources permitted to reach a high standard in quality, precision and punctuality in the project of moulds and dies, complex technical solutions and studies for fluxes dynamics.
The company is provided with a software system at the forefront, with 3D systems for die-sinker and interfaces compatible with the most known CAD systems.

Controls and tests

To verify the perfect correspondence of the product to the specifications, the company is powered with a metrological laboratory with full set of measurement apparels:

- 3D optical measurement machine (OGP Smartscope)
- 3D measurement system (Brown & Sharpe, Coord3)
- other measurement apparels: spectrophotometer, gloss-meter, thickness-meter, rough-meter)
